Darren Milne - Director

Darren has a Bachelor of Construction Management and a Masters in Construction Law at Melbourne University.

​

Darren has over 30 years in the construction industry in all roles from Contract Administrator to General Manager. His experience includes significant involvement in negotiation of  contractual disputes, preparation of claims, security of payment claims and contract reviews.

​

Darren's reputation in the industry is excellent, known as an experienced, intelligent and thoughtful construction professional.

​

Darren has completed the following Masters subjects to complement his industry experience:

  • Principles of Construction Law

  • Contract Analysis and Drafting

  • Construction Contracting New Frontiers

  • Payment Matters

  • Negotiation Skills

Sam Milne - Associate

Sam has completed a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University.

 

Sam is able to provide high quality work with a keen eye for any contractual or legal issues that may arise within a business.

 

Also having completed a major in Economics, Sam is able to complement his analytical skills with an understanding of how effective business strategies and tactics can help grow your business.

 

Sam has completed subjects including but not limited to:
